Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety programs at our Carlisle, PA sites. You will drive data-driven safety initiatives, conduct audits, and manage incident investigations to prevent injuries while supporting a culture of safety and productivity across operations.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, and experience in EHS.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR a Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background OR 6 months experience in safety at Amazon
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues

Responsabilités

• Drive safety programs with data-driven strategies and lead daily safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and perform risk assessments to prevent injuries.
• Lead engaging safety training to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Transform safety data into narratives to influence safety initiatives.
