Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Fleet Equipment Coordinator to support the safe, reliable operation of equipment by coordinating preventative maintenance, inspections, and vendor evaluations.

You will manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulations, and work with Safety to maintain a safe work environment. The role requires 3+ years in equipment and fleet management and strong cost-tracking, negotiation, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment management.
• Minimum 3 years of fleet experience.
• Intermediate experience with accounting database systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems for scheduling resources, preventative maintenance, inventory control, and vendor evaluations.
• Secure and analyze vendor quotes and estimates for services, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Coordinate equipment transfers between project sites and maintain an organized equipment list.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed and ensure compliance with safety policies.
