Job summary

MYR Group, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Equipment Supervisor to lead designated mechanics, fuel & lube technicians, and vendors.

You will schedule preventative maintenance, perform repairs, and ensure accurate equipment records, all while maintaining OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a minimum of five years in fleet maintenance, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet equipment maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to supervise mechanics and vendors and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics, fuel & lube technicians, and vendors.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Document work using system software and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with safety and regulate vendor quotes and inventory.
