Safety-Kleen in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, efficient production.

You will also perform cycle counts, organize tool-box and safety meetings, and coordinate with the team to maintain accurate BOLs, tickets, and pallet tags.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity.
• Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Sound understanding of P&L, Expenses and Revenue sources.
• Ability to work with BOLs, Pick Tickets and Pallet Tags.
• Ability to generate BOLs, Pick Tickets and Pallet Tags.
• Must be able to verify all outbound loads per DOT regulations.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience in a warehouse environment (MUST).

Responsabilidades

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and acting in a safe manner always.
• Manage and maintain safe work practices (SOPs, JHAs and best industry standards).
• Safely verify and inventory all inbound items.
• Manage and implement housekeeping processes.
• Initiate all inventory counts: year-end full physical count and cycle counts (weekly).
• Develop and cross-train staff.
• Organize daily toolbox meetings and run weekly safety meetings.
