Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will guide a team, manage equipment, materials, and processes in line with policies and customer requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or similar roles, with SAP and MS Office proficiency considered a plus. Join a team dedicated to safety, continuous improvement, and high performance to deliver value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all duties.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and quality standards.
• Manage timecards and attendance for payroll accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and sustain gains.
• Coordinate production schedules and communicate improvements to maintenance and engineering teams.
• Investigate production issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Analyze production data using dashboards and SAP to drive decisions.
• Foster a high-performance culture and teamwork across shifts.
