Job summary

Amcor is seeking a shift production supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality and efficient production at our facility. You will lead safety meetings, drive risk assessments and supervise the production team to meet targets.

Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience and a High School Diploma are required; 2-4 year degree is preferred. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, written and leadership skills.
• Be punctual and maintain good attendance record.
• Coordinate with Plant/Technical Manager and Safety Manager on maintenance priorities.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on training and evaluations.
• Computer literate and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift production employees and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Lead safety meetings and drive risk assessment activities.
• Record daily production and provide reports to management.
• Train and develop staff; set and communicate goals for the unit.
• Manage staffing and equipment coverage for production lines.
