Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production with a focus on safety, quality, service, and productivity. You will manage systems, equipment, people, and materials per established policies and customer requirements.

You will drive safety programs, monitor production conformance to specs, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues. This role emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement across the site in Hazleton, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related fields.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety leader and uphold safety in all responsibilities.
• Manage shift production to meet safety, quality, service, and productivity goals.
• Oversee daily production and adjust schedules for efficiency.
• Monitor colleague timecards and payroll coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track results.
• Use SAP and production dashboard data to analyze performance.
