Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking experienced Crew Leaders to supervise field crews in our Maintenance division. You will oversee all crew activities from start to finish, ensuring safety and quality on every project.

You will coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees; perform pre-trip inspections; operate landscape tools and heavy equipment as needed; and transport crews between sites, upholding the company safety standards in every assignment.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience leading a landscaping crew or similar team.
• Reliable transportation to branch or first job site.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Strong English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report daily.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Use landscaping tools and operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs, following safety policy.
