Job summary
Yellowstone Landscape in Texas is seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Enhancement division, supervising all aspects of a crew from start to finish and ensuring safety and quality on every project.
You will coordinate with branch management, customers and employees, perform daily pre-trip inspections, operate/install tools and heavy equipment, and drive crews to jobs, while maintaining strong English communication and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising landscaping crews.
- Ability to safely manage field operations and safety policies.
- Experience with masonry/flat work/pavers/retaining walls is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and clean MVR.
- Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all Enhancement activities of the crew, ensuring safety, materials, tools, and training are available.
- Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
- Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
- Use Install tools and operate heavy equipment; safely drive crews to jobs.
