Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking experienced Crew Leaders to oversee field crews in our Enhancement division, guiding work from start to finish.

You will supervise safety, ensure crews have the training and tools needed, complete daily pre‑trip inspections, coordinate with branch management and customers, and drive crews to jobs while maintaining safety standards. Candidates with masonry, flat work, pavers, or retaining walls experience are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a landscaping crew.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to branch or first job site.
• Valid driving record and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement activities of the crew, ensuring safety, training, and tools are available.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment and safely drive crews to and from jobs in compliance with safety policies.
• Experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, or retaining walls is desirable.
