Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking experienced Crew Leaders to supervise lawn maintenance crews in our Maintenance division. You will oversee all aspects of the crew from start to finish, ensuring safety, training, and proper equipment are in place for every job.

Responsibilities include daily pre-trip inspections, coordinating with management and customers, and safely transporting crews while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew in landscaping or related services.
• Strong English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lawn maintenance activities of the crew, ensuring safety materials, training and tools are available.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report daily.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs and ensure public safety while crews are on site.
