Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee field teams in the Maintenance division. You will supervise all lawn maintenance activities, ensure safety, manage training and equipment, and perform daily pre-trip inspections.

Responsibilities include coordinating with management, customers, and staff, operating landscape tools and heavy equipment, and driving crews between sites while upholding the company’s Safety Policy.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew in landscaping or related services.
• Must have reliable transportation to branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew, ensuring safety, training and tools are provided.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers and employees as needed.
• Use landscaping tools and operate heavy equipment as required; safely drive crews to jobs and adhere to Safety Policy.
