Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee a landscaping crew in our Maintenance division. You will supervise all lawn maintenance activities, ensuring safety, training, and the availability of tools and materials to complete each job.

Responsibilities include daily pre-trip inspections, coordination with branch management and customers, and safe transportation of crews to sites. The role emphasizes strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew of laborers in landscaping or related services.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew and ensure safety, training, and needed tools.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
