FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead package sortation and a team of handlers in a fast-paced facility. You will drive safety initiatives, coach staff, and manage daily operations to meet cost and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to analyze performance data to implement improvements. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required; federal regulations compliance is part of the daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising staff in fast-paced settings is desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Serve as champion for FedEx Safety Above All Culture and initiatives.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations and staffing.
• Assign employees to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance data and drive improvement with action plans.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates and goals.
• Develop employee relations and safety programs per policies.
