Job summary

Peerless Fence Group is seeking a Safety, Warehouse & Fabrication Supervisor to lead safety initiatives and oversee gate fabrication, CNC vinyl post production, and yard operations. You will manage staging, inventory, and material flow while ensuring high productivity and quality across teams.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing safety policies, coordinating with the Residential Ops Manager, and driving continuous improvement in fabrication and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or related environment.
• 1–3+ years supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience with metal fabrication, welding, CNC, fence fabrication, or construction materials strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and material-handling practices.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to read measurements, drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other yard equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both field crews and office personnel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety in warehouse, fabrication, and yard areas; enforce safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Oversee daily gate fabrication and CNC vinyl post production; ensure quality and on-time output.
• Manage warehouse organization, inventory, staging, and material flow to jobs.
• Support daily job staging and ensure crews have ready materials and equipment.
• Coach and supervise warehouse and fabrication staff; monitor attendance and performance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for operations staff.
