Job summary

Peerless Fence Group is seeking a Safety, Warehouse & Fabrication Supervisor to lead daily safety, fabrication, vinyl post production, and warehouse activities. The role ensures gates, CNC posts, and materials are produced and staged accurately, on schedule, and with high quality.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, safety-minded, and able to hold teams accountable for productivity and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or a related environment.
• 1–3+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience with metal fabrication, welding, CNC, fence fabrication, or construction materials strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership: act as daily safety leader in warehouse, fabrication, and yard areas.
• Gate fabrication supervision: oversee daily production of gates and ensure quality and timing.
• CNC vinyl post production oversight: supervise daily CNC post production and workflow.
• Warehouse and inventory support: maintain organized warehouse, designate storage, assist with receiving and cycle counts.
• Job staging and crew readiness: review installation schedules and ensure staging priorities and readiness.
• Team supervision: direct supervision of warehouse, fabrication, CNC employees; manage attendance, productivity and training.
