Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Safety and Environmental Manager to lead environmental compliance and safety programs across manufacturing operations. You will ensure EPCRA Tier II, TRI, SPCC, NPDES, and RCRA requirements are met while fostering a culture of risk reduction and operational excellence.

In this role you will mentor EHS professionals, partner with plant leadership, and drive continuous improvement through audits, training, and incident investigations, aligning safety with production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in environmental science, safety, engineering, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing EPCRA Tier II, TRI, SPCC, stormwater, wastewater, and RCRA programs.
