Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking an Intern - Safety in Dunlap, TN to support health, safety and environmental activities across the USA operations. You will assist with identifying risks, helping implement disaster planning, and coordinating EMS documentation.

The role targets students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field, with strong Excel/Office skills and the ability to present to leadership. Flexible 20–29 hours per week, on-site in Dunlap.

Qualifications

• Working toward Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Business or related field.
• Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Systems related to HSE role.

Responsibilities

• Support activities to identify, plan, develop and implement a health, safety and environmental program.
• Assist with EMS documentation and ISO14001-related requirements.
• Coordinate training and emergency response planning activities.
• Assist with maintenance of environmental records and waste data.
