Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Engineer to join the Mission Critical team across multiple locations including Atlanta, Columbus (OH), Phoenix, South Bend (IN), and Minneapolis.

The role requires a minimum of three years in safety management on mission critical projects and familiarity with OSHA standards. The candidate will support safety program development, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and assist with OSHA-related compliance and training efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety management experience on mission critical projects.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certificate.
• Ability to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Mission Critical Campus Safety Manager and field managers to implement, monitor and enforce the safety program.
• Contribute to safety and health program management, design, and continual improvement.
• Monitor construction activities and advise on compliance with rules and regulations.
• Collect and monitor project safety programs from subcontractors.
