Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Engineer for our Mission Critical team, supporting multiple locations including Atlanta and additional U.S. sites.

You will lead safety programs, conduct incident investigations, ensure OSHA compliance, and collaborate with field teams to drive zero-incident initiatives across complex construction projects. Requires 3+ years in safety within construction and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years safety experience within the construction industry.
• Experience managing safety programs for mission critical projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations for construction sites.
• Experience with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with safety program design, training, and data reporting.
• Ability to travel temporarily to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Mission Critical Campus Safety Manager, Field Managers and employees to implement, monitor and enforce the safety program.
• Contribute to safety program management, design, and continual improvement.
• Monitor construction activities and advise on compliance with regulations.
• Collect and monitor project safety programs from subcontractors.
• Assist in investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses.
• Develop preventive measures to eliminate hazards and liability.
