Preferred qualifications include a degree in occupational safety, OSHA certification, and 3 to 5 years of experience in construction safety management. The position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years construction safety management experience or OSHA 500 certification with six years of experience.
• Knowledge of the Control of Hazardous Energy in mission-critical infrastructures.
• Ability to work independently and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety program across all construction activities on a mission-critical campus.
• Contribute to safety and health program management and design.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of the project.

Skills

Good working understanding of OSHA

Experience in a mission-critical environment

Excellent oral communication

Excellent written skills

Ability to manage other safety personnel

Bilingual Spanish and English

Education

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety

Board-certified safety credential

Current First Aid, CPR, AED certification

Construction management databases (ISN, Avetta)
