Our Safety Engineer will maintain a strong presence on the production floor, conducting safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, Job Hazard Analyses, and risk assessments for new and existing processes. You will be will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong safety culture.

With the introduction of a new night production shift planned for early 2027, this position will serve as the primary safety resource for second-shift operations. The night shift is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with a 10% shift differential provided upon transitioning to the night-shift schedule.
The right person for this role will have a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of environmental health, fire safety, or safety experience OR a master’s degree with no experience required; OR at least three years of relevant experience without a degree. Experience supporting a new facility, manufacturing launch, equipment installation, or rapidly changing operation is highly desirable.
Qualified external candidates must also be legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis. Employment-related work sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not anticipated for this position.
