Eurest in Charlotte, NC seeks a Safety Manager to reduce claims and lost time injuries by providing safety and workers' compensation support to the local units. The role includes training, site visits/inspection, policy implementation, measurement, and client compliance through meetings and on-site visits.

Key responsibilities include OSHA compliance, incident investigations, loss prevention programs, monthly reports, and safety training for managers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to interpret laws and regulations and apply them practically.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and incident investigations experience.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA and client requirements.
• Lead on-going safety programs and loss prevention efforts.
• Provide training to managers on safe work practices.
• Maintain OSHA records and monthly status reports.
• Conduct safety inspections and hazard mitigation.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs for injured employees.
