Job summary

Indiana University’s Department of Pediatrics is seeking a detail‑oriented project support professional to join the Safety Education and Outreach team in Indianapolis. You will help facilitate safety education programs, manage project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure documentation is maintained.

This on‑site role requires a high school diploma, 4 years of relevant experience, strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, and a proven track record delivering multiple

Responsibilities

• Helps facilitate safety education for all injury prevention programs
• Develops and conducts injury prevention assessments
• Oversees project management
• Oversees safety store operations
• Provides knowledge of products, uses point of sale system, and is responsible for inventory management
• Develops a schedule designed to meet deadlines and communicates with team members
• Monitors project progress and handles highly complex issues
• Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
• Allocates tasks and assignments to lower-level staff and monitors their performance
• Performs a variety of administrative skills and prepares correspondence related to the project
