Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a QA Technician for our Bedford Park, IL facility. The role focuses on administering the safety program, ensuring a compliant and incident-free environment, and supporting operations with safety insights.

The position requires 2 years in safety roles, strong communication skills, and ability to work in challenging temperatures and environments while wearing PPE. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years’ related experience in safety compliance roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, governing bodies, and employer obligations for work injuries.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Lineage Safety Program to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Partner with Operations to resolve facility and customer issues.
• Conduct accident investigations and enforce safety policies.
• Lead meetings to communicate new safety policies and changes.
• Monitor safety supplies and advise on replacements.
