CRH plc is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team at our Romeoville, IL plant. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and quality, with coaching, staffing, and performance reviews guiding the team.

You will work closely with Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance to streamline operations, uphold lean practices, and control costs while meeting production targets. A vocational or technical degree and at least one year of production experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year experience working within production with emphasis on process control in a similar industry preferred.
• Professional and personable with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
