Job summary

The role requires 1–2+ years in manufacturing supervision, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and a discretionary bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2+ years' experience in supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to manufacturing environment and loud noise; Hearing protection required at times.
• Good communication skills--verbal and written; effectively communicate with customers, both external and internal.
• Independent in working effectively with little supervision; self-starter, displaying ability to work and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance driven environment.
• Proven leader and motivator.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Monitor production rate and supervise daily performance.
• Issue corrective actions for areas failing to meet quality/delivery expectations.
• Manage housekeeping and training of new associates.
• Conduct counseling, warnings, and HR actions as warranted.
