Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Production Manager in Warren, MN to lead production and maintenance operations, emphasize a culture of safety, and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate the production plan, manage budgets, and ensure asset reliability while aligning with corporate standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, safety, and process improvements, with a focus on meeting delivery schedules and cost targets in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in industrial environment.
• Ability to plan and allocate resources.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to manage change and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and continuous flow production methods with the plant manager and EH&S team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve asset utilization.
• Develop leadership capacity and succession planning with the plant manager.
• Manage daily/weekly production schedules.
• Ensure proper training and knowledge transfer across staff.
• Oversee plant layout, safety, and efficiency to meet targets.
• Monitor inventory to meet business targets and ensure OSHA compliance training.
• Drive safety committees and a proactive safety culture.
• Oversee preventative/predictive maintenance program for the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
