Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, based in Littleton, CO, is seeking a Production Manager to lead overall production and maintenance, champion a culture of safety, and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate the daily/weekly production plan, ensure asset reliability, and align with corporate standards and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing supervision experience, and the ability to manage resources and train staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma with 5+ years leadership in industrial environment
• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology or related field
• 5+ years manufacturing supervisory experience or equivalent
• Strong planning and resource allocation abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to develop, implement and use processes and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive change

Responsibilities

• Lead production and maintenance operations in line with corporate vision and safety culture
• Coordinate daily/weekly production plan to meet schedules and cost targets
• Drive continuous improvement through maintenance and production initiatives
• Oversee maintenance management system and asset reliability
• Ensure training plans for staff and succession planning
• Manage plant layout for safety and efficiency
• Maintain OSHA training compliance and safety program engagement
• Support plant manager in duties as needed
