The role includes coordinating daily/weekly production plans, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring asset reliability while meeting delivery schedules. The position emphasizes adherence to safety standards, staff training, and potential plant management responsibilities as needed at the Madera plant.

Competenze

• Minimum High School Diploma with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment leading multiple departments.
• Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead production and maintenance operations in alignment with company safety culture and strategic direction.
• Coordinate production plan to meet delivery schedules and budgeted cost/efficiency expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement through maintenance and production optimization, ensuring asset reliability and safety compliance.
• Sign off with scheduler on daily/weekly production schedules and communicate effectively with staff.
