Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Frontline Operations Supervisor to lead daily package sortation and staff under the Safety Above All culture. You will manage a team of Package Handlers and possibly administrative staff, ensuring compliance with FXG policies and government regulations.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and driving safety initiatives, while coordinating with linehaul and other departments to optimize costs and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• In lieu of experience, certification or 2+ years of college; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and recognize staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safety policies and government/regulatory compliance are followed.
• Train new employees on job duties and FXG policies; mentor junior supervisors.
