Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Perrysburg, OH to lead day-to-day operations and a staff of Package Handlers, ensuring safe and efficient sortation.

You will hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline, drive safety initiatives, monitor performance, and coordinate with linehaul as needed.

Bachelor's degree preferred; strong communication and mentoring; pay range $25.50–$34.75 per hour; Sun–Wed 3x10 shift.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments or related fields.
• Able to comply with FedEx policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
