Job summary

The candidate will hire, coach, train, and evaluate performance, lead daily planning meetings, and drive safety and efficiency across the facility. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or 2+ years of college towards a degree acceptable.
• Six months’ supervisory or package-handler experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx Safety Above All culture and initiatives.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control daily operations.
• Assign and manage staff for safe, efficient package sortation and tracking.
• Lead meetings and communicate operational updates to teams and stakeholders.
