Qualifications

• Six months of experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or higher education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and promote the Safety Above All culture.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Assign staff to ensure safe and efficient package sortation and tracking.
• Analyze operations and implement improvements to metrics and results.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate goals to teams of varying sizes.
• Develop and administer employee relations and safety programs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues as needed.
• Train new employees on FXG policies, safety and quality requirements.
• Mentor and develop aspiring Operations Supervisors.
