Job summary

Taylor’s Construction, a Quanta Services company, seeks a Safety Director to drive the safety strategy and programs across telecommunications and utility construction operations. You’ll lead field safety, develop training, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and client requirements, while partnering with executives and operations teams.

You will oversee audits, incident investigations, and risk reduction initiatives across aerial and underground fiber projects, ensuring measurable safety

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive safety experience in field construction environments.
• Experience leading safety programs across multiple crews and locations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of company-wide safety programs and field expectations.
• Identify high-risk activities and integrate safety into daily construction execution.
• Provide safety leadership and accountability among supervisors and craft employees.
• Conduct field audits and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
