Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive safety experience in construction or telecom environments.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity with proven safety program ownership.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and client safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of company-wide safety programs and field expectations.
• Identify high-risk activities and integrate safety into daily construction.
• Provide safety leadership across crews and locations; drive accountability.
• Oversee field audits, jobsite assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for audits and inspections.
