Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive safety experience in telecommunications, utility construction, or similar field-based environments.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing multiple crews or projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and federal/state safety requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively to active project locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide safety programs and field expectations.
• Partner with operations to identify high-risk activities and integrate safety into daily construction execution.
• Provide safety leadership across the organization and build ownership among supervisors and craft employees.
• Conduct field audits, jobsite assessments, and operational reviews across various construction activities.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, client, company, and state safety requirements and readiness for audits.
• Track safety metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to reduce risk.
