Zusammenfassung

SK hynix America is seeking a Safety Culture Leader to build a competency-based SHMS and digitize safety workflows. You will design innovative assessment tools to elevate safety culture and lead integrated SHE IT initiatives for proactive safety excellence.

Required are a BS in Safety/OSH, 10+ years in US EHS roles, and strong OSHA knowledge; Korean/English bilingual skills are a plus in a multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910) and safety management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) expected.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive EHS management, including safety systems design review in US environments.

Aufgaben

• Conduct safety integrity reviews and validate safety systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Establish standards for equipment, fabrication, risk management, and safety maintenance.
• Lead SHMS certifications (ISO 45001) implementation and maintenance.
• Design safety competency frameworks and training strategies for mandatory and role-specific needs.
• Promote proactive safety culture with assessment tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on SHE IT systems development to digitize safety workflows.
