Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Louisville, TN is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to strengthen safety culture across operations. You will lead data-driven safety programs, conduct daily audits, investigate incidents, and train associates to prevent injuries.

This role requires effective communication and the ability to influence safety behaviors at all levels. Preferred candidates have a degree in an EHS-related field or equivalent experience, knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in EHS-relevant background or 6 months safety-related experience within Amazon.
OSHA regulations knowledge, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.

Responsibilities

Advocate for associate wellbeing and foster a culture where safety is everyone's priority.
