Digging & Rigging Inc. seeks a safety-oriented professional to guide employees on compliance with safety and health regulations. You will inspect job sites, enforce safety policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives under the Safety Manager's supervision.

You will work with field staff and management to foster a safe work environment and ensure proper documentation, training, and incident reporting while handling physical requirements and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Identify hazards, conduct jobsite inspections, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong writing and verbal communication and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Conduct jobsite inspections and communicate deficiencies to Safety Manager.
• Monitor monthly equipment inspections and safety compliance across yards and sites.
• Assist in investigating accidents, injuries, and near misses with management and insurer.
• Maintain safety-related documents for recordkeeping and regulatory audits.
