Job summary

SiteWORX is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our Lebanon, Ohio team. You will support safety inspections, trainings, and compliance programs across site development and underground utility projects.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for safety in construction, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple training and reporting tasks while promoting a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for the construction industry and safety-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and non-verbal.
• Ability to manage a large workload and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety inspections and safety training.
• Support planning and execution of all safety training programs.
• Perform new hire safety training and OSHA/MSHA trainings.
• Maintain PPE inventory and safety data; communicate safety findings to management.
