What You'll Do:

• Lead engaging safety training programs for employees at all levels.
• Investigate incidents, develop reports, and implement corrective actions that stick.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safety-first culture and meet all regulatory standards (OSHA, FDA, etc.).

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of safety coordination experience (preferably in food manufacturing or related industry).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, GMP, and food safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems before they happen.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, HACCP, or First Aid/CPR are a big plus!
