ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is hiring a Safety Coordinator to work with Safety Managers, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) within assigned geographies and supporting critical business needs.

The role requires safety experience, familiarity with MS Office, and leadership abilities. Shift is Monday–Friday with a hybrid work arrangement, and compensation aligns with market standards.

Qualifications

• Food and/or safety experience is preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills are preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, creativity, and training skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Supports efforts of company operations to assure continued attention to safety success.
• Develops and implements new corporate safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures presentation and serving temperatures follow the HACCP standard.
• Provides information related to safety and workers compensation to all levels of management.
• Identifies programs and tools to positively impact safety.
• Investigates accidents as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
