Job summary

The SAFETY MANAGER at ESFM is responsible for site safety, accountable for the overall safety behaviors of the account. He/She operates the department in accordance with approved QA standards and loss prevention methods while providing the Client with a safety-first facility.

Travel is required at 60% to 70%, reflecting the on-site supervision across multiple locations and the hands-on role in enforcing safety policies, training staff, and conducting regular inspections.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of health and safety processes in food service, janitorial, and landscaping.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• CSP recommended.
• Ability to assess risks and train to sustain a safety culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 4 years of industry experience.
• College degree.
• Strong organizational skills.
