Position Overview

We are looking for a Site Safety Coordinator to join our team. The work location will be based on project assignment.

Responsibilities

1. Implement construction safety programs
2. Monitor project activities and review safety procedures
3. Develop safety metrics for performance tracking
4. Assist with safety analysis and work plans
5. Conduct safety inspections and coordinate corrections
6. Investigate incidents and accidents
7. Conduct site-specific orientations for a multilingual workforce
8. Attend coordination meetings to identify safety hazards
9. Provide safety oversight and coordination

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of construction safety experience
2. Experience on large industrial projects ($10M+ preferred)
3. Willingness to travel or relocate
4. OSHA 30-hour certification
5. Current First Aid / CPR certification
6. Degree in safety-related discipline (preferred)
7. OSHA 510 and OSHA 500 instructor certifications (preferred)
8. Knowledge of ProCore (preferred)
9. Strong computer skills (Revu, Adobe, Word, Excel)
10. Excellent soft skills, able to work with executives and clients in high-stress environments
