Tenth Revolution Group in the Southeast United States seeks a hands-on Safety & Environmental Compliance Coordinator to lead site safety programs, environmental compliance, and regulatory efforts in a production setting.

You will partner with operations and maintenance, drive safety culture, oversee OSHA, EPA, and NFPA requirements, and implement training, audits, and corrective actions on the shop floor.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of safety, environmental, or EHS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance.
  • Experience supporting paint, coating, finishing, or spray booth operations.
  • Experience managing hazardous materials and hazardous waste programs.
  • Working knowledge of HAZWOPER requirements and industrial safety practices.
  • Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead employee safety training and engagement programs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the facility's primary safety and environmental compliance resource.
  • Lead OSHA compliance programs, audits, inspections, and documentation.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and supervisors.
  • Facilitate safety committee meetings and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Manage hazardous materials, hazardous waste handling, and HAZWOPER-related programs.
  • Ensure compliance of paint, coating, finishing, and spray booth operations with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Support environmental compliance activities, including air permits, VOC tracking, waste management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Administer and maintain programs relating to: LOTO, Respiratory Protection, Machine Guarding, Emergency Response, Combustible Dust Awareness.
  • Coordinate safety inspections, regulatory audits, and corrective action tracking.
  • Partner with operations leadership to improve safety processes while supporting production goals.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across all facility operations.

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Safety & Environmental Compliance Coordinator to lead site safety programs, environmental compliance initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts within a production environment.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a safety professional who enjoys being on the production floor, engaging employees, driving safety culture, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations. The successful candidate will serve as the facility's primary safety resource while partnering closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to continuously improve safety and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the facility's primary safety and environmental compliance resource.
  • Lead OSHA compliance programs, audits, inspections, and documentation.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EPA, RCRA, VOC reporting, air permits, and environmental compliance programs.
  • Experience administering Respiratory Protection Programs.
  • Experience with Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, and Hazard Communication programs.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or related safety credential.
  • Experience in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, millwork, coatings, finishing operations, or related manufacturing environments.
  • Forklift Trainer and/or First Aid/CPR Instructor certifications.
