Job summary

TransTech Energy is seeking a Safety and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our operations team in Beaumont and Houston, Texas. The role champions our safety culture and drives continuous improvement across multi-location fabrication facilities.

You will implement, enforce, and standardize safety programs, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, and lead Lean initiatives to boost productivity while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 and multi-location safety program management.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Goal Zero safety culture across Beaumont and Houston facilities.
• Develop and standardize safety programs; lead audits and training sessions.
• Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive Lean-based improvements.
• Lead incidents investigations, risk assessments, and root-cause analyses.
• Track KPIs and report safety and continuous improvement results.
