Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead in Houston to oversee maintenance activities and lead a team of technicians. You will manage preventive and corrective programs and ensure the facility's infrastructure and systems operate at peak performance to support safe, reliable operations.

You will coordinate with other departments, schedule work, supervise safety and OSHA compliance, and mentor staff while coordinating external contractors for specialized repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• OSHA safety certification is preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure quick resolution.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, and reorder as necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned by TAS.
