Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Sealy, TX is seeking a full-time HSE Specialist to implement and monitor workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations across all operations.

You will lead regulatory audits, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement efforts while supporting spill response, PPE management, and emergency readiness. Alternating shifts may include evenings and weekends; night shift premium applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field.
• OSHA 500/501 or equivalent certification.
• 2–5 years of safety experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and safety audits.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Maintain safety programs (LOTO, Hazard Communication, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Powered Industrial Trucks).
• Conduct regulatory audits and inspections.
• Record keeping and JSA/hazard assessments.
• Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with development of safe work procedures and controls.
• Support workers’ compensation case management.
• Deliver safety training and coordinate safety meetings.
