Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Texas seeks a Field Safety and Compliance Specialist to promote proactive safety culture across operations. This field-based role provides coaching, audits, investigations, and training for drivers, terminal, maintenance, and operations staff while partnering with managers, dispatch, customers, and contractors.

Frequent travel across Texas is required; the role reports to Risk Manager. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED and 3 years in transportation/safety; CSP/CSHO

Qualifications

• Proven field safety leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA/OSHA regulations and compliance.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety guidance, coaching, and program support at assigned terminals.
• Perform facility, equipment, and operations audits and evaluations.
• Deliver orientation and regional safety trainings and meetings.
• Investigate incidents using root-cause analysis and report findings.
• Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and support regulatory reviews.
